During this massage, your therapist will focus on any specific areas of concern that you have. If additional treatments are required your therapist will assist in developing a plan for further therapy. In addition to your massage you will recieve a 15 min Infrared Sauna. This will relax your muscles enabling the massage therapist to perform an even more effective treatment.
